Simon completed his medical degree at the University of Bristol and his dental qualification at King's College London. He then trained across the South Coast of England, rotating through hospitals in Southampton, Portsmouth, Salisbury, Chichester, and Poole, before being awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS).
His clinical interests cover facial trauma, head and neck pathology, reconstructive procedures, dentoalveolar surgery, and aesthetics.
Outside of work, Simon lives in Auckland with his wife, their three children (two daughters and a son), and their golden retriever, Raffy.
